Illness

If you have not been feeling well or have come into contact with COVID-19 or any other contagious illness, you should reschedule your visit.
Any team member presenting symptoms of COVID-19 will stay home from work for 14 days.
Prior to opening each day, the salon will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

In order to respect the time of our clients and team members, if you need to cancel an appointment, we request that it be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late arricals to scheduled appointments may result in forfeit or reduction of your appointment time and may be rescheduled

Zarubas Salon and Day Spa Services and all of the team members therein reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any point in time as we see necessary.

No children under the age of 10 are to be left unattended within the salon at any point in time.
Children under the age of 18 will not be serviced without parent/guardian’s consent.

Services are non-refundable, however, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Payment is expected at time of service, we accept payment in the form of cash, check, venmo, visa card, and mastercard. Payment is made out to the team member you received the service from.
While our base prices are listed on our website, prices are subject to change or differ from those listed due to general price changes, or service enhancements.
We do not require tips, but they are greatly appreciated!

Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Valid only at Zarubas Salon and Day Spa.
Gift certificates purchased to be used with a specific team member are only valid with that team member.
We do not accept copies of gift certificates, the original certificate must be presented at time of service.
